Digital offer

Through our companies, we help our clients understand the socialisation of digital media and, when required, provide a single point of contact and accountability to clients seeking access to the combined digital expertise of our insight, advertising, direct marketing and PR agencies.

We believe the way we approach digital communications offers our clients a competitive advantage

Traditionally, the agency model has pushed clients to choose the channel first and the agency second:  by the time they contact the agency, budgets for research, advertising, PR or direct marketing are already allocated.  Even when the agencies are in the same group, they tend to act independently from each other, even competing for the same budget.

Digital communications change the rules, offering advantages to clients who are prepared to be flexible in how they spend their communications budget, and who are prepared to change the channels they use to learn about their consumers and communicate with them on their terms.  They require the digital communication skills that can be offered by a generalist agency, where small islands of expertise aren’t competing with each other, and where digital is integrated as part of the communications mix, not offered as a standalone entity.

This is the Creston digital offer.
