Social media is too important to use as an add on to tactical marketing campaigns. Social media demands a strategy to support ongoing engagement in this space, ensuring investments are targeted and consistent, bringing value to consumers as well as to business. This strategy has been put together with input from direct, digital, PR and advertising agencies from across the Creston group.
