The ICM Crisis Index is conducted every three months, tracking the development of opinion across the globe during the economic crisis. In the latest study, we are seeing a more optimistic outlook, with fewer spending cutbacks and more positive outlooks than in the last three studies. Citizens feel the economic situation will be better in 12 of the 24 surveyed countries.
