Creston's Insight division delivers clear thinking in a complex world through the skills and expertise of two of the best agencies in market research, ICM and Marketing Sciences. The companies operate as distinct businesses while sharing expertise in terms of data collection, data processing, analytics and new product development.
Across the division are sector specialists who forge trusted advisor relationships with clients through the delivery of actionable insight that enables better business decision-making. Client servicing starts from the senior team, whether at ICM or Marketing Sciences, with knowledge and experience being shared appropriately across the division for the benefit of clients.
From across our client spectrum, we are asked questions about the nature of their customer base, the potency of their brands, the current shape of a marketplace or what their future needs might be. Starting from these questions, we develop the most appropriate solution by blending qualitative, quantitative and advanced analytics techniques, while also embracing digital data collection and listening tools.
The division has three companies devoted entirely to data collection and processing: ICM Direct, newvista research and FieldWork UK. Data for all surveys regardless of technique is processed by what is widely acknowledged to be one of the leading set of practitioners in the industry. Bureau services are also available.
